Every review
Everything, on every plan.
There is no smaller review on a cheaper plan. The only thing a plan decides is how many you have.
- A full read of one manuscript or script, up to 150,000 words, in any of the six formats
- The editor’s letter: the verdict, what’s working, the notes that matter most in order, and a revision plan
- A ratings grid, six detailed sections for your format, and the numbers measured from your text
- Notes with page or chapter references and quoted passages, every quote checked against your text
- Notes on what your revision fixed, when you add the notes from an earlier draft
- Notes in English or Spanish: your manuscript’s language, unless you choose the other

How a credit is used
Setting up is free to undo. Reading isn’t.
Start one
Creating a review takes one credit. Choose the format and genre, add your notes and your file, and change your mind as often as you like.
Until reading starts, it comes back
Delete a review before your editor starts reading and you get the credit back to use for something else.
Once reading starts, it’s used
You keep the report and your questions, but deleting the review no longer returns the credit.
Buying more
When you run out, buy any plan again, here or from your list of reviews in the app. Its reviews are added to the ones you have. The plans and prices in the app are the ones on this page: single review (1 review, $19), 3-review pack (3 reviews, $49) and 10-review pack (10 reviews, $129).
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase if your AI editor hasn’t yet written its first notes on a review made with it. Once it has, that purchase isn’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

- What is a review?
- One draft of one manuscript or script: its report and up to 25 questions to your AI editor. A plan is a number of reviews.
- What’s the difference between the plans?
- Only the number of reviews. Every review on every plan includes everything Evalie does, in every format.
- Do review credits expire?
- No. A plan is one payment, there is no subscription, and nothing renews. A credit you haven’t used stays on your account.
- Can I delete a review and use the credit again?
- Yes, until your editor starts reading. Setting up a review costs you nothing to throw away: delete it and you get the credit back. Once reading starts, the review counts as used, and deleting it no longer returns the credit.
- What if the AI won’t read my manuscript?
- It’s rare, and almost always detailed technical material on biology or hacking; violence, horror and dark themes aren’t a reason. If Anthropic’s safety system declines to read it before your editor has written anything, the review doesn’t count as used: start it on another manuscript, or delete it and get the credit back.
- Can I review a new draft in the same review?
- No. A review is one draft, so its report always matches the text your editor read. For the next draft, start a new review and add the earlier notes: your editor will say what the revision has addressed.
- What if I need more reviews?
- Buy any plan again. Its reviews are added to the ones you have.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Plans start at $19. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase if your AI editor hasn’t yet written its first notes on a review made with it. Once it has, that purchase isn’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
- What AI does Evalie use?
- Claude, made by Anthropic. No person at Evalie reads your manuscript.
- Is my work used to train AI?
- Not by us: we never use your text to train AI. What Anthropic may do with it, and how long it keeps it, is set by Anthropic’s commercial terms.
- How do I pay?
- Through Stripe, on one page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Is Evalie available in Spanish?
- Yes. This site and the Evalie app are in English and Spanish, and your editor reads and writes both. Signing up or in, the payment page and account emails are in English for now.
